2. Erhebung und Speicherung personenbezogener Daten sowie Art und Zweck von deren Verwendung

a. Besuch der Website

Beim Aufrufen meiner Website werden durch den auf Ihrem Endgerät zum Einsatz kommenden Browser automatisch Informationen an den Server meiner Website gesendet. Diese Informationen werden temporär in einem sogenannten Logfile gespeichert. Die folgenden Informationen werden dabei ohne Ihr Zutun erfasst und bis zur automatisierten Löschung gespeichert:

•IP-Adresse des anfragenden Rechners

•Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs

•Name und URL der abgerufenen Datei

•Website, von der aus der Zugriff erfolgt (Referrer-URL)

•verwendeter Browser und ggf. das Betriebssystem Ihres Rechners sowie der Name Ihres Access-Providers.

Diese Daten sind technisch notwendig, um Ihnen meine Website anzuzeigen und die Stabilität und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.

b. Nutzung von Kontaktformularen und E-Mail-Kontakt

Wenn Sie mich per Kontaktformular oder E-Mail kontaktieren, werden Ihre Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für den Fall von Anschlussfragen bei mir gespeichert. Diese Daten gebe ich nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung weiter.

•gemäß Art. 17 DSGVO die Löschung Ihrer bei mir gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen.

5. Widerspruchsrecht

Sie können Ihre einmal erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit mir gegenüber widerrufen.
